Job Title: Front Office Administrator
Company: Royal Restoration & Royal Carpet Cleaning
Location: In-Person
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekends as needed)
Answer and manage incoming phone calls for both Royal Restoration and Royal Carpet Cleaning
Schedule appointments, inspections, and estimates for both divisions
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Coordinate schedules and relay information between office staff and field teams
Maintain organized records, calendars, and customer information
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and reporting
Utilize Excel and other office software to track and manage information
Support day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications & Skills
Prior office or administrative experience preferred
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Excel and other computer software
Quick learner with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional weekend availability may be required
